The invention provides an elevator steel wire rope safety detection method and device based on machine vision, and relates to the technical field of elevator safety. The method comprises the steps that according to a steel wire rope detection instruction, light source parameters are adjusted, and an elevator is controlled to operate according to detection parameters; according to the initial acquisition image evaluation result of the to-be-detected elevator steel wire rope, an acquisition adjustment parameter is generated to control an image acquisition device to perform image acquisition of the to-be-detected steel wire rope, a defect feature evaluation result is obtained, and a stress uniformity evaluation result is obtained based on stress information acquisition; and obtaining a safety detection result of the to-be-detected steel wire rope according to the defect characteristic evaluation result and the stress uniformity evaluation result. The technical problems that in the prior art, an elevator steel wire rope safety detection result is low in accuracy, and the current actual operation damage condition of an elevator steel wire rope cannot be truly reflected are solved. The technical effects that the detection result truly reflects the actual operation loss condition of the equipment, and management personnel can conveniently master the elevator safety condition in time are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种基于机器视觉的电梯钢丝绳安全检测的方法及装置,涉及电梯安全技术领域,其中,所述方法包括:根据钢丝绳检测指令,调整光源参数并控制电梯依据检测参数运行;根据待检测电梯钢丝绳的初始采集图像评价结果生成采集调整参数控制图像采集装置进行待检测钢丝绳的图像采集,获得缺陷特征评价结果,基于受力信息采集获得受力均匀度评价结果;根据缺陷特征评价结果和受力均匀度评价结果得到待检测钢丝绳的安全检测结果。解决了现有技术中电梯钢丝绳安全检测结果准确性低,不能真实反映当前电梯钢丝绳实际运行受损情况的技术问题。达到了检测结果真实反映设备实际运行损耗状况,便于管理人员及时掌握电梯安全状况的技术效果。
