The invention relates to a suspension redundancy control system and method suitable for a medium-low speed maglev train, the system comprises a suspension controller, a suspension electromagnet and a suspension sensor, the suspension controller comprises a first main control board, a second main control board and an arbitration board, the first main control board and the second main control board have the same function, and the arbitration board is connected with the first main control board and the second main control board; the first main control board and the second main control board are configured to calculate suspension current based on data from the suspension sensor and generate chopping signals, the first main control board, the second main control board and the arbitration board send signals to each other to judge whether one or more of the main control boards have faults or not, and under the condition that the arbitration board does not have faults, the arbitration board sends the chopping signals to the arbitration board. The arbitration board is configured to select one of the first main control board and the second main control board to output a chopping signal according to a judgment result of whether a fault exists or not. The suspension controller also has a power supply redundancy function. The control method can realize fault positioning and execute solution measures. According to the method, the vehicle late failure rate caused by the suspension system failure can be reduced, and the reliability and operation quality of the medium-low-speed magnetic suspension vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于中低速磁浮列车的悬浮冗余控制系统和方法,系统包含:悬浮控制器、悬浮电磁铁与悬浮传感器,其中悬浮控制器包括功能相同的第一、第二主控板及与第一和第二主控板连接的仲裁板,第一和第二主控板配置为基于来自悬浮传感器的数据计算悬浮电流并生成斩波信号,第一、第二主控板和仲裁板相互发送信号以判断它们中的一个或多个是否存在故障,并在仲裁板不存在故障的情况下,仲裁板配置为根据是否存在故障的判断结果选择第一和第二主控板中的一个输出斩波信号。悬浮控制器还具备电源冗余功能。控制方法可实现故障定位并执行解决措施。本发明可降低悬浮系统故障导致的车辆晚点故障率,提升中低速磁浮车辆可靠性和运营品质。
