The embodiment of the invention provides a maglev train suspension frame and a maglev train, and the maglev train suspension frame comprises a frame main body and a traction device. A Dewar device and a linear motor induction plate are arranged on the framework body. The traction device comprises a seat body, a traction rod and a transverse oil damper, the seat body is used for being connected with a train body of the maglev train, one end of the transverse oil damper is connected with the seat body, and the other end of the transverse oil damper is connected with the framework body. According to the suspension frame of the maglev train, the traction rod and the transverse oil damper are not directly connected with the train body of the maglev train but connected to the seat body, the seat body is connected to the train body, connectors between the suspension frame and the train body are reduced, and the assembly structure is simplified.
