The swing mechanism drives the supporting wheels to be folded or unfolded through swing. The flexural rigidity and the rotational rigidity of the supporting wheels are increased, shimmy is reduced, the stability of low-speed supporting operation of the suspension frame is improved, the torsional moment acting on the framework is reduced, lightweight design of the framework is facilitated, and the occupied space is reduced.
