The invention provides a traction device of a maglev train and the maglev train, the traction device comprises a pull rod pipe, one end of the pull rod pipe is connected with an upper seat of the maglev train; the pull rod seat is connected to the other end of the pull rod pipe; one end of the screw rod is connected with the pull rod seat; the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the traction seat and is in sliding connection with the traction seat, and the traction seat is further connected with a longitudinal beam of the maglev train; the longitudinal vibration reduction mechanism comprises a rubber column and a belleville spring, and the rubber column and the belleville spring are both connected to the screw in a sleeving mode; the vertical vibration reduction mechanism comprises a spherical pad, the spherical pad is installed on the traction base, and the other end of the screw penetrates through the spherical pad to be connected with the traction base in a sliding mode. According to the traction device, through the longitudinal vibration reduction mechanism and the vertical vibration reduction mechanism, impact force of the suspension frame on the compartment in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction is reduced, and therefore the comfort level of the compartment and the stability and safety of maglev train operation are further improved.
