The invention discloses an indoor positioning method based on monocular image splicing. The indoor positioning method comprises the following steps: step 1, installing a monocular image acquisition device; 2, adjusting a monocular image acquisition device; 3, mounting an auxiliary mounting piece of the monocular image acquisition device; step 4, installing a distance measuring device; step 5, performing power-on operation; step 6, positioning operation of the image positioning system; 7, establishing a pixel deviation and distance scale; and step 8, setting a route plan. The indoor positioning method based on monocular image stitching has the beneficial effects that the indoor positioning method based on monocular image stitching is convenient to operate and maintain and high in positioning precision, interference of strong point magnetism is effectively avoided, the method is simple to operate, a base station does not need to be additionally erected, the method can be used for stable position and track flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle in an indoor environment, and the positioning cost is effectively reduced.
