The invention discloses a structure and a working principle of a winding type rope skipping prevention device for online monitoring of a steel wire rope of an inclined shaft hoist. The device comprises a first-stage rope skipping limiting gantry device, a second-stage rope skipping limiting device, a third-stage rope skipping limiting supporting and pressing wheel device and the like. The first-stage rope skipping limiting gantry device is installed between a head sheave and a winch room of a mine hoist and about 6-9 m in front of the head sheave, is of a triangular frame structure, and limits up-and-down and left-and-right jumping and rotation of a steel wire rope by means of the stability of a triangle. And the second-stage rope skipping limiting device is arranged about 3-5m in front of the head sheave and comprises a pulley and a transverse rolling rod for limiting the up-down and left-right swinging of the steel wire rope. The third-level rope-skipping-rope-limiting supporting and pressing wheel device is installed close to the head sheave and comprises two front rope supporting wheels, two rear rope supporting wheels, one front rope pressing wheel, one rear rope pressing wheel, a main supporting bracket, a high-strength spring and the like. The large-amplitude jumping of the steel wire rope can be effectively controlled, the safe use of the steel wire rope online monitor is protected, and the safe real-time online monitoring of the inclined shaft hoisting steel wire rope is conveniently realized.

    本发明公开了一种缠绕式斜井提升机钢丝绳在线监测防跳绳装置的结构及其工作原理。所述装置包括:第一级限跳绳龙门装置、第二级限跳绳装置、第三级限跳绳托压轮装置等结构。第一级限跳绳龙门装置安装在矿井提升机天轮与绞车房之间,天轮前6‑9m左右,为三角形框架结构,借助三角形的稳定性,限制钢丝绳的上下、左右跳动与旋转。第二级限跳绳装置安装在天轮前3‑5m左右,为限制钢丝绳的上下、左右摆动的滑轮和横滚棒。第三级限跳绳托压轮装置靠近天轮安装,包括前后各2个托绳轮,前后各1个压绳轮,主支撑支架,高强度弹簧等。可有效控制钢丝绳大幅度跳动,保护钢丝绳在线监测仪的安全使用,便于实现斜井提升钢丝绳的安全实时在线监测。
