The invention discloses a steel wire rope fixing balance device for a material conveying hoister. The steel wire rope fixing balance device comprises a balancing body, a steel wire rope connecting mechanism, a machine frame, a rotating mechanism and a limiting mechanism. A core shaft hole is formed in the center of the balancing body; two steel wire rope sleeving rings of the steel wire rope connecting mechanism are fixed to the two ends of the balancing body; square opening grooves of supports of the machine frame correspond to the two ends of the core shaft hole of the middle of the balancing body; a core shaft of the rotating mechanism is disposed in a shaft sleeve; the shaft sleeve is disposed in the core shaft hole of the center of the balancing body; and the limiting mechanism is disposed in the position, on the outer sides of four fixing baffles of the supports, of the balancing body.
