The invention belongs to the field of mine hoisting equipment, and discloses a friction hoister steel wire rope intelligent anti-skid system and a control method. The system comprises a brake device,an electric control system and a guide wheel; the guide wheel is arranged on one side of a steel wire rope and is driven to rotate by friction force of the steel wire rope; the brake device is arranged on the two sides of the steel wire rope and used for applying friction force to the steel wire rope; connection shafts of a friction wheel and the guide wheel are both provided with speed sensors which are used for measuring speed signals of the friction wheel and the guide wheel, and output signals of the speed sensors are connected with the electric control system; and the electric control system is used for controlling the braking torque of the brake device according to the output signals of the speed sensors. The friction hoister steel wire rope intelligent anti-skid system and the control method achieve intelligent skid preventing of friction hoisting and can be widely applied to the field of friction hoisters.

    本发明属于矿井提升设备领域,公开了一种摩擦提升机钢丝绳智能防滑系统及控制方法,系统包括制动装置、电控系统和导向轮,导向轮设置在钢丝绳一侧,在钢丝绳的摩擦力驱动下转动;所述制动装置设置在钢丝绳两侧,用于给钢丝绳施加制动摩擦力;摩擦轮和导向轮的连接轴上均设置有速度传感器,分别用于测量摩擦轮和导向轮的速度信号,所述速度传感器的输出信号与所述电控系统连接,所述电控系统用于根据所述速度传感器的输出信号,控制所述制动装置的制动力矩。本发明实现了摩擦提升的智能防滑,可以广泛应用于摩擦提升机领域。
