The invention discloses a starting method of a range extender. The starting method comprises the following steps: starting in different modes according to the value of a battery SOC (State of Charge); the modes comprise a pure electric mode, a fuel oil mode and a charging mode; when SOC is smaller than or equal to 95%, a range extender starting instruction can be manually sent, and a range extender controller conducts condition judgment to judge whether starting can be conducted or not; in the mode selection, the working mode of the range extender is adjusted according to the information input by the user according to the SOC value of the battery, the mileage and the mode input signal, and the defect that the range extender works in a pure electric mode before the battery is used up is avoided; besides, the BMS obtains the output power of the range extender according to the selected driving mode of the strategy, the SOC value of the battery, the actual vehicle speed, the required torque and the actual power, control is achieved according to the output power of the range extender and feedback of the SOC value of the battery, and the defects that an engine is frequently started and cannot stably work in a high-efficiency area are overcome.

    本发明公开了一种增程器的启动方法,包括以下步骤:根据电池SOC的值进行不同模式的启动;模式包括:纯电模式、燃油模式和充电模式;燃油模式启动:当SOC≤95%时,可手动发送增程器启动指令,增程器控制器进行条件判定,判断能否启动;本发明在模式选择上根据电池SOC值、行驶里程和模式输入信号,实现了根据用户输入信息调节增程器的工作模式,避免了在电池耗尽之前一直为纯电模式工作的缺点;另外,BMS根据策略的选择驱动模式、电池SOC值、实际车速、需求扭矩和实际功率得到增程器输出功率,实现了根据增程器输出功率以及电池SOC值的反馈进行控制,避免了发动机频繁启动以及不能稳定工作在高效区域的缺点。
