The invention discloses an electric control air suspension system, a vehicle and a control method of the electric control air suspension system, and the control method of the electric control air suspension system comprises the steps that under the condition that constant electric voltage is input but ignition is not carried out, a communication module provides a first trigger signal for the input end of a first power conversion unit through a led-out signal line; the first power supply conversion unit performs voltage conversion based on the constant electric voltage and the first trigger signal to obtain a first working voltage; the ECAS main control chip works based on the first working voltage; the output end of the ECAS main control chip provides a second trigger signal; the second power supply conversion unit performs voltage conversion based on the constant electric voltage and a second trigger signal to obtain a second working voltage; and the electric component works based on the second working voltage. According to the scheme, the ECU power supply circuit of the electronic control air suspension of the vehicle is changed, so that the electronic control air suspension can work under the condition that the whole vehicle does not need to be ignited, and the power consumption of the vehicle can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电控空气悬架系统、车辆及其电控空气悬架系统的控制方法,该装置包括:在有常电电压输入、但未点火的情况下,通讯模块通过引出的一根信号线向第一电源转换单元的输入端提供第一触发信号;第一电源转换单元基于常电电压和第一触发信号进行电压转换,得到第一工作电压;ECAS主控芯片基于第一工作电压工作;ECAS主控芯片的输出端提供第二触发信号;第二电源转换单元基于常电电压和第二触发信号进行电压转换,得到第二工作电压;用电组件,基于第二工作电压工作。该方案,通过对车辆的电控空气悬架的ECU供电电路进行更改,使电控空气悬架在不需要整车点火的情况下就可以工作,能够降低车辆的功耗。
