A first modulation rotor and a first permanent magnet rotor are arranged on the right side of the stator, a second modulation rotor and a second permanent magnet rotor are arranged on the right side of the stator, the second modulation rotor is located between the second permanent magnet rotor and the stator, the first permanent magnet rotor is fixedly connected with a first rotor blade through a first rotating shaft, and the first modulation rotor is fixedly connected with a second rotor blade through a second rotating shaft; the second permanent magnet rotor is fixedly connected with a third rotor wing blade through a third rotating shaft, the second adjustable magnetic rotor is fixedly connected with a fourth rotor wing blade through a fourth rotating shaft, the thrust airflow directions generated by the four rotor wing blades are the same, the four rotor wing blades rotate at the same time so that larger thrust can be generated, and the power density of the motor is high.
