The invention provides an anti-collision warning method and device for a loader in a gantry crane cabin, and the device comprises a data collection module which is disposed above a cabin and is used for collecting image information of the loader and a grab bucket in an operation process; the data processing module is used for comparing the loading machine operation closed area with the grab bucket operation peripheral safety area and calculating the interference condition of the loading machine and grab bucket operation overlapping area; and when the data processing module transmits the interference condition of the loader and the grab bucket operation area to the intelligent alarm module, the intelligent alarm module responds to the data processing module. The anti-collision warning method and device for the loading machine in the cabin of the gantry crane have the beneficial effects that the grab bucket of the gantry crane can be ensured to work and take materials in a safe area, the anti-collision warning method and device can be suitable for application scenes for preventing collision of various loading machines, and the safety and stability of modern port production are improved.
