The method has the advantages that the hoisting efficiency is effectively improved, the hoisting time is shortened, a large amount of cost is saved, the ship repairing and building cost is reduced, meanwhile, the safety risk of on-site hoisting is reduced, the hoisting safety is improved, and important economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
