The invention discloses a mounting method of an axle-sticking type axle generator for an ultra-large container ship. The mounting method comprises the following steps that (1) the axle-sticking type axle generator is hoisted and placed on an auxiliary machine table; (2) hoisting the rotor shaft provided with the annular middle flange into a cabin; (3) the rotor shaft penetrates out of the journal sticking type axle generator in the bow direction; (4) hoisting the rotor shaft, vertically separating the two middle bearings, and placing the lower parts of the two middle bearings on corresponding trolleys; (5) the middle bearings are conveyed to the positions of the corresponding middle bearing tables, and the trolley is moved out; the rotor shaft descends and moves forwards; (6) adjusting the position of the annular middle flange; (7) the rotor shaft descends after being in place, so that the rotor shaft is supported by a middle bearing; and (8) the outer side of the annular middle flange is connected with the shaft generator rotor through hydraulic bolts, and installation of the journal sticking type shaft generator is completed. According to the invention, safe, efficient and economical installation of the shaft generator rotor and the rotor shaft can be realized, and normal operation of the journal sticking type shaft generator is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种超大型集装箱船用抱轴式轴带发电机安装方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将抱轴式轴带发电机吊入放置在辅机台上;(2)将安装好环形中间法兰的转子轴吊入机舱;(3)将转子轴往艏部方向穿出抱轴式轴带发电机;(4)将转子轴吊起,再将两个中间轴承的上下分开,并将其下部放置放置在对应小车上;(5)将中间轴承分别运至对应中间轴承台位置,小车移出;转子轴下降并前移;(6)调整环形中间法兰位置;(7)转子轴到位后下降,使转子轴由中间轴承支撑;(8)将环形中间法兰的外侧通过液压螺栓与轴发转子连接,完成抱轴式轴带发电机安装。本发明可实现轴发转子和转子轴的安全、高效、经济安装,确保抱轴式轴带发电机的正常运转。
