The invention relates to an axle suspension type axle generator set loading cabin based on a large ship and an installation method, and belongs to the technical field of large ship construction. The method comprises a rotor shaft and rotor shaft coil assembling process, a shaft engine cabin entering process and an air gap adjusting process after underwater centering. The rotor shaft and rotor shaft coil assembling process is arranged before the shaft sending and cabin entering process and sequentially comprises the steps of assembling preparation work of the rotor shaft and the rotor shaft coil, coil mounting work of the rotor shaft and overturning placement waiting. The shaft engine cabin entering process sequentially comprises a cabin entering process of a stator box body, a rotor shaft moving and installing process and a cabin entering process of an intermediate shaft; and the air gap adjusting process after underwater centering is carried out after the shaft engine cabin entering process. According to the invention, breakthrough progress is made for loading and installation of the large ship journal sticking type shaft generator set, and the problem of stability between the rotor coil and the stator box body in the large ship shaft generator assembly process is solved.

    本发明涉及一种基于大型船舶的抱轴式轴带发电机组装入舱及安装方法,属于大型船舶建造的技术领域。它包括转子轴与转子轴线圈组装流程、轴发入舱流程以及水下校中后气隙调节流程;所述转子轴与转子轴线圈组装流程设置在轴发入舱流程之前,依次包括转子轴与转子轴线圈的组装准备工作、转子轴的安装线圈工作以及翻转放置待位;所述轴发入舱流程依次包括定子箱体的入舱流程、转子轴的移装流程和中间轴的入舱流程;所述水下校中后气隙调节流程在轴发入舱流程之后。本发明针对大型船舶抱轴式轴带发电机组装入舱及安装做出了突破性的进展,解决了大型船舶轴发组装过程中转子线圈和定子箱体之间的平稳性问题。
