The top end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a stand column, a cross beam is installed at the top end of the stand column, and a hanging assembly is installed on the cross beam. The rotating assembly is arranged between the stand column and the cross beam, and the rotating assembly is used for achieving rotation of the cross beam within the range of 0-45 degrees. Rotation of the output end of the motor in the first groove is utilized, rotation of the cross beam within a certain range can be achieved, a certain lifting range can be increased, the annular plate moves in the annular groove provided with the steel balls, and therefore the steel balls can be lifted conveniently. And secondly, the annular plate can play a supporting role, and the load bearing of the output end of the motor can be reduced.
