A plurality of groups of steel wire rope guide wheels are further arranged on the bridge deck crane, each group comprises a plurality of steel wire rope guide wheels, a plurality of hoisting steel wire ropes bypass the corresponding pulley groups and the steel wire rope guide wheels of the corresponding groups to be connected with the corresponding winding devices, and the winding devices are fixedly arranged at one end, close to the bottom and far away from the main hoisting device, of the bridge deck crane. By adopting the scheme that the winding device is arranged at the rear and the hoisting cross beam slides, the gravity center of the bridge deck crane can be adjusted, the cantilever length of the bridge deck crane is increased, and the dead weight of the bridge deck crane is reduced.

    本发明提供一种多功能智能化桥面吊机及控制方法,桥面吊机的两个侧面为菱形结构,桥面吊机的底部设有步履行走装置,步履行走装置用于以步履步进的方式沿桥面行走;在桥面吊机的顶部设有顶部滑轨梁,起吊横梁沿着顶部滑轨梁滑动,起吊横梁的两端伸出到顶部滑轨梁之外,起吊横梁的两端设有主起吊装置,主起吊装置设有多组滑轮组;在桥面吊机上还设有多组,每组多个钢丝绳导向轮,多根起吊钢丝绳绕过对应的滑轮组和对应组的钢丝绳导向轮与对应的卷扬装置连接,卷扬装置固设在桥面吊机靠近底部,远离主起吊装置的一端。本发明采用卷扬装置后置和起吊横梁滑移的方案,能够调整桥面吊机的重心,增大桥面吊机的悬臂长度,减轻桥面吊机的自重。
