The invention discloses a low-carbon intelligent multifunctional container portal crane which comprises a portal frame, a trolley walking rotary mechanism and a cart walking mechanism, the cart walking mechanism is installed at the bottom end of the portal frame and arranged on a ground walking track, and a walking part of the trolley walking rotary mechanism is installed above the portal frame. A rotating part of the trolley walking and rotating mechanism is connected to the lifting appliance upper frame through the steel wire rope winding system, the lifting appliance upper frame is detachably in butt joint with the container lifting appliance, and the trolley walking and rotating mechanism is used for walking and rotating the lifting appliance. Large-stroke primary positioning is achieved through the cart walking mechanism, a lifted container walks to a loading point through the lower trolley walking mechanism, and if swinging needs to be selected, the upper trolley rotating mechanism is adopted for rotating and swinging the container to achieve angle adjustment, so that loading and unloading of goods are achieved; the multifunctional container can be widely applied to loading and unloading operation in small and medium-sized inland river ports and wharfs, container yards, railway container yards, logistics yards and other places.

    本发明公开了一种低碳智能多功能集装箱门式起重机,包括门架、小车行走回转机构和大车行走机构,大车行走机构安装在门架底端并置于地面行走轨道上,小车行走回转机构的行走部安装在门架上方,小车行走回转机构的回转部通过钢丝绳缠绕系统连接到吊具上架,吊具上架可拆卸地对接集装箱吊具,小车行走回转机构用于行走和回转吊具。本发明采用大车行走机构实现大行程的初步定位,采用下小车行走机构将吊起的集装箱行走到装货点,如果需要选择摆动,采用上小车回转机构进行回转摆动集装箱实现角度的调整,从而实现货物的装卸;该多功能集装箱,可广泛的应用于中小型内河港口码头,集装箱堆场、铁路集装箱货场、物流堆场等场所装卸作业。
