The invention relates to a wind energy recovery and noise reduction device for a maglev train. The wind energy recovery and noise reduction device is arranged in a gap between two adjacent track beam bodies or a gap between the track beam bodies and track beam functional parts. The device comprises a spring steel plate used for sealing the gap to reduce noise, fixing devices installed on the two sides of the gap and a plurality of piezoelectric energy harvesting devices used for converting vibration energy caused by magnetic-levitation train wind into electric energy. The two sides of the spring steel plate are connected with the fixing device; the piezoelectric energy harvesting device is fixed in the gap through the end part of the fixing device, or is directly attached and fixed on the spring steel plate; the piezoelectric energy harvesting device supplies power to monitoring equipment arranged on the side of the magnetic levitation track through a lead-out wire. Compared with the prior art, wind energy recovery and noise reduction are comprehensively considered, and energy can be directly supplied to a monitoring system on the track beam side.
