The invention discloses a seamless flap based on a double-layer deformable honeycomb flexible skin, and belongs to the field of flexible structure design of morphing airplanes. The seamless flap comprises a flap deformation section and a flap fixing section; the flap deformation section is a part, participating in flexible skin deformation, of the flap in the deflection process, and comprises a flexible skin sealing plate, a deflection shaft, a deflection control surface and a wing rear wall; when the flap deflects downwards, the deflection control surface rotates anticlockwise, the upper airfoil flexible skin is pulled to be subjected to in-plane stretching, and the lower airfoil flexible skin is pressed to be subjected to in-plane compression; by the adoption of the seamless flap, the requirement for large-angle deflection of the flap can be met, the joint of the flap and a wing is smoother and more continuous, and enough out-of-plane bearing capacity is achieved; and the out-of-plane bearing capacity and the deformation effect of the flexible skin can be changed by adjusting the structural parameters of the flexible skin, the designability is high, manufacturing is easy, and the technology is easy to achieve.

    本发明公开了一种基于双层可变形蜂窝柔性蒙皮的无缝襟翼,属于变体飞机柔性结构设计领域,无缝襟翼包括襟翼变形段以及襟翼固定段;所述的襟翼变形段为襟翼在偏转过程中参与柔性蒙皮变形的部分,包括柔性蒙皮封严板、偏转轴、偏转舵面、机翼后樯;襟翼向下偏转时,偏转舵面逆时针转动,上翼面柔性蒙皮受拉发生面内拉伸,下翼面柔性蒙皮受压发生面内压缩;本发明采用该无缝襟翼,可以满足襟翼大角度偏转,使襟翼与机翼连接处更为光滑连续,且具有足够的面外承载能力;还可通过调整柔性蒙皮结构参数改变柔性蒙皮面外承载能力和变形效果,可设计性强,制作简单,工艺容易实现。
