The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a seamless honeycomb-state rim. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that machining is carried out on a cylindrical composite material by using a die and adopting an extrusion method, and a honeycomb-state cylindrical sectional material is formed; turning and milling are carried out on the honeycomb state from the two ends to themiddle of the cylindrical sectional material, and a mounting part is formed; flanging is carried out on the two ends of the cylindrical sectional material to form a rim which extends outwards and is flanged inwards; spinning is carried out on the outer side of the cylindrical sectional material to form a rim tire groove; heat treatment processing is carried out on the cylindrical sectional material; and machining is carried out on the cylindrical sectional material to form a bead seat, and the seamless honeycomb-state rim is obtained. According to the manufacturing method of a seamless batterycarrier rim, an adaptive center disc is wide in size, the machining procedure is simple, the driving mileage of an electric vehicle is increased, meanwhile, the seamless battery carrier rim can serveas an auxiliary power source to serve as a reserve battery and a material battery, and a battery pack monitoring system interface is facilitated, voltage of each battery can be monitored conveniently, so that state of charging and discharging are determined, the carrier is good in connection, and the resistance of a connector is stable.

    本发明公开了一种无缝蜂窝状态轮辋制作方法,包括:使用模具采用挤压方法对圆筒形的复合材料进行加工,形成具有蜂窝状态的圆筒型材;从圆筒型材的两端向中间对蜂窝状态进行车铣,形成安装部;将圆筒型材的两端翻边,构成向外延伸并内翻的轮缘;对圆筒型材外侧进行旋压,形成轮辋胎槽;对圆筒型材进行热处理加工;对圆筒型材进行机械加工形成胎圈座,得到无缝蜂窝状态轮辋。本发明提出的无缝电池载体轮辋的制造方法,适配中心盘尺寸宽泛,加工工序简单,增加了电动车的行驶里程同时可以充当辅助动力源的角色可以作为贮备电池及料电池,方便电池组监视系统接口,方便对每个电池的电压都监视,以确定充放电状态,此载体连接好,连接体电阻稳定。
