The invention discloses a double-layer deformable honeycomb structure of jujube-pit-shaped unit cells, and belongs to the field of flexible structure design of morphing airplanes, the jujube-pit-shaped unit cells are composed of elastic units, and the elastic units are provided with bending plates located on different layers; the bent plates on different layers are bent towards different directions, and the end parts of the bent plates on the same layer on the adjacent elastic units are welded together to form jujube pit-shaped unit cells; according to different bending directions of the bending plates on the same layer, unit cell structures in different shapes can be formed, and the unit cells comprise straight-connected jujube pit-shaped unit cells and inclined-connected jujube pit-shaped unit cells. The unit cell structure can be conveniently copied and combined to form a double-layer or three-layer deformable honeycomb structure. Large telescopic deformation can be achieved in a date pit-shaped unit cell plane, the out-of-plane bending resistance is high, the unit is easy to copy and can be combined into various flexible deformable structures, and the formed deformable honeycomb structure is high in designability and convenient to process.

    本发明公开了一种枣核形单胞的双层可变形蜂窝结构,属于变体飞机柔性结构设计领域,枣核形单胞由弹性单元组成,弹性单元上有处于不同层面的弯曲板;不同层面的弯曲板向不同方向弯曲,将相邻弹性单元上相同层面的弯曲板端部焊接在一起,形成枣核形单胞;根据相同层面上弯曲板的弯曲方向不同,可以组成不同形状的单胞结构,包括直连枣核形单胞和斜连枣核形单胞。单胞结构可以方便地复制和组合,形成双层或三层可变形蜂窝结构。枣核形单胞面内可实现较大的伸缩变形、面外抗弯能力强,单元易复制,可组合成多种柔性可变形结构,形成的可变形蜂窝结构可设计性强,便于加工。
