An automatic driving apparatus according to the present disclosure includes: a plurality of driving function ECUs having a function of driving a vehicle in place of an occupant; and a driving function switching ECU configured to individually change an operation state of the plurality of driving function ECUs in accordance with a path to a destination and a remaining power amount. The plurality of driving function ECUs includes: an automatic driving ECU configured to automatically drive the vehicle; and a remote operation ECU configured to operate the vehicle in accordance with a remote operation from outside.
