The rudder wing made of polyurethane is flexible as a whole, so that the structural damage of the rudder wing caused by collision generated in the working, recycling, releasing and transporting processes of the AUV can be prevented to a certain extent. In addition, the lower vertical rudder is relatively short, and most area of the lower vertical rudder can be stored within the outer diameter of the AUV, so that the damage probability of the lower vertical rudder when the AUV sits on the bottom can be remarkably reduced.
