The rudder wing machining method comprises the steps that a rudder wing blank is subjected to 3D printing; detecting the symmetry degree of the process boss relative to the central wing surface of the wing body, and detecting the boundary dimension of the process boss and the process allowance of the neck part and the bottom surface of the connecting shaft by taking the rear wall of the wing body as a reference; a first plane and a second plane are machined by taking the central airfoil as a reference, the symmetry degree of the process boss relative to the central airfoil is within 0.08 mm, a positioning hole is formed in the process boss, and the perpendicularity of the positioning hole and the first plane is within 0.02 mm; roughly machining the shaft end surface and the shaft root shape of the connecting shaft and the bottom surface of the wing body by taking the rear wall as a reference; the process boss is positioned and clamped on the turning and clamping tool through the positioning hole, and the shaft neck, the shaft end face, the inner screw hole and the outer circle thread of the connecting shaft are subjected to finish machining; and cutting off the process boss. According to the rudder wing machining method and the rudder wing, the clamping precision and the machining quality can be improved.
