The invention discloses an underwater rudder system, and belongs to the technical field of steering engines. The underwater rudder system comprises a plurality of steering engine units and a mounting plate, and each steering engine unit comprises a supporting assembly, a transmission assembly and a control assembly. Each supporting assembly comprises a shell and a base, the shells and the bases are detachably connected and form a mounting space, the bases of the multiple supporting assemblies are detachably connected with a mounting plate, the transmission assembly comprises a motor, a multi-stage gear, a worm gear, a worm and an output shaft, the motor is located on the base, the output end of the motor is provided with an input gear which is coaxially arranged, and the output end of the output shaft is provided with an output shaft. The worm is parallel to a rotating shaft of the propeller, and the worm is provided with an output gear which is coaxially arranged. The control assembly comprises a driving plate and a control plate, and the driving plate and the control plate are sequentially arranged on the mounting plate in parallel. The underwater rudder system provided by the invention not only can realize attitude adjustment of the cabin section, but also can ensure that the plurality of steering engine units are compact in overall structure and high in integration level in the cabin body.
