The invention relates to a guiding and buffering device for installation of submarine equipment. The guiding and buffering device comprises a base, a guiding mechanism and a buffering mechanism, wherein the guiding mechanism and the buffering mechanism are installed on the base. The guiding mechanism comprises a guiding cylinder, the guiding cylinder is arranged outside the buffering mechanism in a sleeving mode, the top and the bottom of the guiding cylinder are both provided with openings, the top of the guiding cylinder forms a horn mouth which expands upwards and outwards, and the horn mouth forms first-stage guiding; the base is provided with a through hole, the through hole is aligned with the horn mouth and used for allowing the seabed equipment to penetrate through, and the buffering mechanism is used for playing a buffering and supporting role when the seabed equipment penetrates through the base. When the guiding and buffering device for installation of the submarine equipment is installed in a marine environment, the guiding and buffering device can accurately and stably reach a preset position.
