A guide roller (2) is arranged at the driving end (1). The passive end (3) is provided with a damper (4), and the damper (4) is provided with a guide groove base (5) and a guide groove (6) in the guide groove base (5). The guide groove (6) is provided with an opening and is configured to receive and guide the guide rod (2) during butt joint. The damper (4) is configured to provide damping in the butt joint direction for the guide groove base (5). According to any embodiment of the invention, a new form of buffer and guide mechanism can be provided, the buffer and guide mechanism has the advantage of large capture tolerance, and a natural channel can be formed in the center after butt joint.
