The invention discloses a thermal management system for fast charging of a battery of an electric vehicle and a control method of the thermal management system. The thermal management system is characterized in that an outlet of a compressor is communicated with an inlet of the compressor through a first heat exchange channel of an air cooling heat exchanger, a throttling valve, a first heat exchange channel of a heat exchange plate and a gas-liquid separator; a fan is arranged at an inlet or an outlet of a second heat exchange channel of the air-cooled heat exchanger; a first pipeline is arranged at one end of a second heat exchange channel of the heat exchange plate, a second pipeline is arranged at the other end, and a delivery pump and a liquid storage tank are arranged on the first pipeline or the second pipeline; the first pipeline and the second pipeline are used for being communicated with the two ends of a heat exchange channel of a battery heat exchange cold plate of the electric vehicle correspondingly. And the outlet ends of the first pipeline and the second pipeline are integrated on the water path quick plugging male connector. According to the invention, the technical problem that the fast charging of the battery is not matched with the load demand of the vehicle-mounted thermal management system can be solved, and a new thought is opened for the next development of the fast charging of the battery.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动车电池快充的热管理系统及其控制方法,所述热管理系统包括:压缩机的出口经风冷换热器的第一换热通道、节流阀、换热板的第一换热通道以及气液分离器与压缩机的进口相连通;风冷换热器的第二换热通道的进口或出口处设置有风机;换热板的第二换热通道的一端设置有第一管道,另一端设置有第二管道,第一管道或第二管道上设置有输送泵和储液箱;第一管道和第二管道分别用于与电动车的电池换热冷板的换热通道的两端相连通;第一管道和第二管道的出口端集成于水路快速拔插阳接头。本发明可解决电池快充与车载热管理系统负荷需求不匹配的技术问题,也为电池快充的下一步发展打开了新的思路。
