The invention provides a control method of a battery thermal management system, the battery thermal management system and an electric vehicle. The control method of the battery thermal management system comprises the steps that the temperature of a battery module is collected; judging whether the temperature meets a preset condition or not; if yes, a corresponding battery thermal management working mode is called based on the temperature, the battery thermal management working mode at least comprises a cooling mode, a heating mode, a heat preservation mode, a safety mode and a balance mode, and the safety mode is used for controlling cooling liquid circulation preset time until battery thermal failure is stopped; the balance mode is used for controlling the cooling liquid to circulate for at least first preset time; the cooling mode is used for adding low-temperature cooling liquid to cool the battery for at least second preset time; the heating mode is used for adding cooling liquid with relatively high temperature to heat the battery for at least third preset time; the heat preservation mode is used for controlling the cooling liquid to circulate for at least fourth preset time. According to the invention, the problem of poor temperature consistency between battery cells and in the battery cells in the prior art is solved.

    本发明提供了一种电池热管理系统的控制方法、电池热管理系统、电动车辆,电池热管理系统的控制方法包括:采集电池模组的温度;判断温度是否满足预设条件;如果是,基于温度,调用对应的电池热管理工作模式,电池热管理工作模式至少包括:冷却模式、加热模式、保温模式、安全模式、均衡模式,其中,安全模式用于控制冷却液循环预设时间,直至电池热失效截止;均衡模式用于控制冷却液至少循环第一预设时间;冷却模式用于加入低温的冷却液对电池冷却至少第二预设时间;加热模式用于加入温度较高的冷却液对电池加热至少第三预设时间;保温模式用于控制冷却液至少循环第四预设时间。本发明解决了现有电池电芯之间和电芯内部的温度一致性差的问题。
