The invention provides an electric vehicle thermal management system for battery fast charging, which comprises an air conditioning system or a heat pump system, a battery thermal management system and a motor electric control cooling system, and the electric vehicle thermal management system comprises two sets of compression refrigeration systems which are respectively used for passenger compartment refrigeration and battery refrigeration. When the battery is in a fast charging state, the two sets of compression refrigeration systems are both used for cooling the battery, the selection range of the compressor and the expansion valve model is widened, and the compressor/expansion valve can be controlled more accurately and located in the most suitable working range. Heat of the motor electric control cooling loop is transmitted to the battery heat management loop through the water-water heat exchanger, the heat can be used for heating a battery and can also be used as a heat source of the heat pump system for warming a passenger compartment, and the state switching of the air conditioning system and the heat pump depends on the on-off of an electromagnetic valve, so that the heat of the motor electric control system is utilized; large power consumption caused by heating a passenger compartment or a battery by only adopting PTC in winter is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the electric commercial vehicle in winter is increased.
