The invention discloses a machine room arrangement structure of a cross-type quay crane lifting energy-saving mechanism, a box-type machine room is fixedly arranged on a cross-type quay crane, the first side box wall of the box-type machine room is arranged towards the sea side, and the second side box wall of the box-type machine room is arranged towards the land side; the pitching device is arranged at the position close to the first side box wall, the upper trolley energy-saving lifting device is arranged at the position close to the second side box wall, and an upper trolley walking device and a lower trolley energy-saving lifting device are arranged between the pitching device and the upper trolley energy-saving lifting device. The lower trolley walking device comprises a first walking driving mechanism and a second walking driving mechanism, and the first walking driving mechanism and the second walking driving mechanism are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the upper trolley walking device. The upper trolley walking device is located on the rear portion of the pitching device. The lower trolley walking device, the lower trolley energy-saving lifting device and the upper trolley energy-saving lifting device are additionally arranged in the box-type machine room, the structural arrangement is compact, and compared with a traditional single-trolley quay crane, the ship hour efficiency is higher.

    本发明公开了一种穿越式岸桥起升节能机构的机房布置结构,箱式机房固定设置于穿越式岸桥上,箱式机房的第一侧箱壁朝向海测布置,箱式机房的第二侧箱壁朝向陆侧布置;俯仰装置布置于靠近第一侧箱壁的位置处,上小车节能起升装置布置于靠近第二侧箱壁的位置处,俯仰装置和上小车节能起升装置之间设置有上小车行走装置和下小车节能起升装置,下小车行走装置包括第一行走驱动机构和第二行走驱动机构,第一行走驱动机构和第二行走驱动机构对称安装于上小车行走装置的两侧;上小车行走装置位于俯仰装置的后部。本发明在箱式机房内增加一套下小车行走装置、下小车节能起升装置及上小车节能起升装置,结构布置紧凑,与传统单小车岸桥相比,船时效率更高。
