The invention discloses a crossing type high-speed counterweight energy-saving quay crane, quay crane girders are arranged on a quay crane support frame, the quay crane girders are perpendicular to a front line of a wharf, upper trolley tracks are laid on the inner sides of the two parallel quay crane girders, and lower trolley tracks are laid on the outer sides of the two parallel quay crane girders. The upper trolley travels on the upper trolley track, and the upper trolley lifting and winding system is in transmission connection with the upper trolley energy-saving winding system. The lower trolley walks on the lower trolley track, the upper trolley and the upper trolley lifting appliance can penetrate through the lower trolley frame, and the lower trolley lifting and winding system is in transmission connection with the lower trolley energy-saving winding system. The energy consumption of the crossing type quay crane is reduced through the balance weight, the running speed of the upper trolley and the lower trolley in the crossing type quay crane is increased, meanwhile, equipment devices in a traditional single-trolley quay crane are improved, and the structural stability and running safety of the crossing type quay crane are improved.

    本发明公开了一种穿越式高速化平衡重节能岸桥,岸桥大梁设于岸桥支撑架上,岸桥大梁与码头前沿线垂直,两条平行岸桥大梁的内侧铺设有上小车轨道,两条平行岸桥大梁的外侧铺设有下小车轨道。上小车行走于上小车轨道上,上小车起升缠绕系统与上小车节能缠绕系统传动连接。下小车行走于下小车轨道上,且上小车和上小车吊具可由下小车框架内穿越通过,下小车起升缠绕系统与下小车节能缠绕系统传动连接。本发明通过平衡重降低穿越式岸桥的能耗,提高穿越式岸桥中上小车和下小车的运行速度,同时对传统单小车岸桥中的设备装置进行改进,提高穿越式岸桥的结构稳定性和运行安全性。
