The invention relates to the technical field of port and wharf container loading and unloading equipment, in particular to a crossing type high-speed quay crane which comprises two crossbeams arranged in parallel; a first rail; a second rail; the first trolley comprises a first frame, first wheel frames and first wheels rotatably arranged on the first wheel frames, at least one group of first damping devices are arranged between each first wheel frame and the first frame, and the axes of the first damping devices extend in the vertical direction; the second trolley comprises a second trolley frame, a second wheel frame and a second wheel rotatably arranged on the second wheel frame, the second trolley frame comprises two symmetrically-arranged arm frames and a main frame body connected to the lower ends of the two arm frames, the first trolley frame is located between the two arm frames, and the main frame body is located below the first trolley frame; and at least one group of second damping devices is arranged between each second wheel frame and the second frame.
