The invention discloses a novel quay crane energy-saving lifting device which is arranged on a quay crane device, the novel quay crane energy-saving lifting device is arranged in a quay crane machine room, the lifting device comprises two reduction gearboxes which are symmetrically arranged, and each reduction gearbox is provided with an input shaft, a first output shaft and a second output shaft. A second winding drum is arranged between the two symmetrically-arranged reduction gearboxes, and the two ends of the second winding drum are connected with second output shafts of the two symmetrically-arranged reduction gearboxes respectively. The structure is simpler, the lifting device comprising the two reduction gearboxes which are symmetrically arranged, the first winding drum and the second winding drum is arranged in the machine room, and the lifting device is connected with the balance weight part through the balance weight steel wire rope arranged on the first winding drum and the lifting steel wire rope arranged on the second winding drum; therefore, the purpose of counteracting the weight of a part of the trolley lifting appliance and goods by using the counterweight piece is achieved. The purposes of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved, and the operation cost of the quay crane system can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型岸桥节能起升装置,其设置在岸桥装置上,所述新型岸桥节能起升装置设置在岸桥机房中的起升装置,所述起升装置包括两个对称设置的减速箱,所述减速箱上设置有输入轴、第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述两个对称设置的减速箱之间设置有第二卷筒,第二卷筒的两端分别与两个对称设置的减速箱的第二输出轴连接。本发明结构更加简单,本发明在机房中布置包括有对称设置的两个减速箱、第一卷筒及第二卷筒的起升装置,通过设置在第一卷筒上的配重钢丝绳及设置在第二卷筒上的起升钢丝绳将该起升装置与配重件相连接,从而实通过用配重件抵消部分小车吊具及货物重量的目的。本发明既能达到节能降耗的目的,又能降低岸桥系统的运行成本。
