The invention relates to the technical field of ship generators, in particular to a ship generator technical state evaluation method and electronic equipment. Based on the composition and function principle of main parts of a generator, equipment FMECA analysis is carried out, a main part fault mode and a hierarchical relation are formed, and equipment operation information acquisition requirements including equipment online information, temperature information, insulation information, vibration information and the like are generated; according to actual operation data of the generator, quantitative parameter standard requirements associated with main equipment state information are formed so as to support evaluation of four state conditions of normal, qualified, early warning and fault of the generator; under the condition that the operation time of the generator is not matched with the ship stopping plan, related maintenance strategies can be pushed based on the state evaluation condition of the generator, and the development of equipment use maintenance decisions is assisted.

    本发明涉及舰船发电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种舰船用发电机技术状态评估方法及电子设备。基于发电机主要部件组成及功能原理,开展装备FMECA分析,形成主要部件故障模式及层次关系,生成装备运行信息采集需求:包括装备在线信息、温度信息、绝缘信息以及振动信息等;根据发电机实际运行数据,形成与主要装备状态信息相关联的量化参数标准要求,以支撑评估评估发电机正常、合格、预警以及故障四种状态情况;在发电机运行时间与舰船停航计划不匹配的情况下,基于发电机状态评估情况,可推送相关检修策略,辅助开展装备使用维修决策。
