The invention relates to the field of track detection, in particular to railway track machine vision self-walking inspection equipment which comprises a vehicle body, a global navigation satellite system platform, a push rod, a mileage encoder, a driving assembly, a driving device, wheels and multi-source data acquisition equipment. The global navigation satellite system platform is connected with the vehicle body through a mast bracket; the push rod is connected with the vehicle body; a laser radar platform, an inertial navigation platform, an industrial camera platform and a turnover mechanism are arranged on the vehicle body; a line laser contour scanner is arranged on the turnover mechanism; the multiple wheels are rotationally connected with the vehicle body through the multiple driving assemblies correspondingly. Any wheel is in transmission connection with a driving device through a driving assembly; the driving device is connected with the driving assembly; any wheel is connected with a mileage encoder through a driving assembly; the multi-source data acquisition device is located in the vehicle body. The problems that existing track detection equipment is a single sensor, multi-source data cannot be integrated, and the use limitation of the track detection equipment is limited are solved.

    本发明涉及轨道检测领域,具体为一种铁路轨道机器视觉自走行巡检设备,包括车体、全球导航卫星系统平台、推杆、里程编码器、驱动组件、驱动装置、车轮和多源数据采集设备;全球导航卫星系统平台通过桅杆支架连接车体;推杆通过安装板连接车体;车体上设有激光雷达平台、惯导平台、工业相机平台和翻转机构;翻转机构上设有线激光轮廓扫描仪;多个车轮分别通过多个驱动组件转动连接车体;任意一个车轮均通过驱动组件传动连接驱动装置;驱动装置连接驱动组件;任意一个车轮通过驱动组件连接里程编码器;多源数据采集设备位于车体内部。本发明解决了现有轨道检测设备都为单个传感器,无法整合多源数据,限制其使用局限性的问题。
