The invention discloses a battery pack taking and placing method, a battery pack is taken and placed from a battery compartment of an electric vehicle or a battery swap station through a push-pull device on battery swap equipment, and the push-pull device comprises a clamping mechanism matched with a battery side clamping part on the battery pack; the battery replacing equipment comprises a turnover mechanism. The battery pack taking and placing method comprises the following steps that a push-pull device is controlled to stretch out of a clamping mechanism; the control clamping mechanism is clamped and fixedly connected with the battery side clamping part; the push-pull device is controlled to retract into the clamping mechanism to pull the battery pack; and controlling the turnover mechanism to drive the battery pack to turn over. The clamping mechanism and the battery side clamping part are clamped and fixedly connected to pull the battery pack, so that the connection strength is high, the battery pack is not easy to disengage, the stability of taking and placing the battery pack is effectively improved, and the taking and placing efficiency is improved. The structure is simple, and the movable clamping mechanism can be compatible and fixedly connected with battery packs of various different specifications and is particularly suitable for a side face battery replacing mode, namely, the battery packs are taken and placed from the side face of an electric vehicle; and the overall weight is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电池包取放方法,通过换电设备上的推拉装置从电动汽车或换电站的电池仓内取放电池包,推拉装置包括与电池包上的电池侧卡合部相配合的卡合机构;换电设备包括翻转机构,电池包取放方法包括如下步骤:控制推拉装置伸出卡合机构;控制卡合机构与电池侧卡合部相卡合固定连接;控制推拉装置缩回卡合机构以拉取电池包;控制翻转机构驱动电池包翻转。通过卡合机构与电池侧卡合部相卡合固定连接以拉取电池包,连接强度高,不易脱开,有效提高了取放电池包的稳定性,提高了取放效率。结构简单,可移动的卡合机构还能够兼容与多种不同规格的电池包固定连接,尤其适用于侧面换电方式,即从电动车侧面进行电池包的取放;有效降低了整体重量。
