By arranging the buffer assembly, when a first hoop and a second hoop fall to the ground, a first buffer plate can drive a push plate to move upwards after being stressed, the push plate can push a movable block and an extrusion block to move, the extrusion block can extrude a first buffer spring, and the movable block can extrude a second buffer spring; and a first buffer spring and a second buffer spring are stressed and compressed so as to buffer the impact force borne by the first buffer plate and the second buffer plate, so that the first hoop and the second hoop are prevented from being damaged due to excessive pressure generated when the first hoop and the second hoop fall, and the service life of the climbing device is prolonged.
