The invention relates to a collision avoidance system and a collision avoidance method. A first vehicle is provided with: a communication device that transmits and receives V2V information; the acquisition device is used for acquiring driving environment information; and a processing device that performs a collision determination process for a second vehicle that is an opposite vehicle. The second vehicle is provided with a communication device that transmits and receives the V2V information. In the collision determination process, objects around the first vehicle are identified based on the driving environment information. Further, the presence or absence of a risk of collision between the second vehicle and the target is determined based on the driving environment information and the V2V information received from the second vehicle. And when it is determined that the collision risk exists, generating attention reminding information for the object. And then, sending the attention reminding information to a communication device of the second vehicle.

    本发明涉及碰撞避免系统以及碰撞避免方法。第一车辆具备:通信装置,进行V2V信息的收发;获取装置,获取驾驶环境信息;以及处理装置,进行作为对向车辆的第二车辆的碰撞判定处理。所述第二车辆具备进行所述V2V信息的收发的通信装置。在所述碰撞判定处理中,基于所述驾驶环境信息来识别所述第一车辆的周边的物标。此外,基于所述驾驶环境信息和从所述第二车辆接收到的所述V2V信息来判定有无所述第二车辆与所述物标的碰撞风险。在判定为有所述碰撞风险的情况下,生成对所述物标的注意提醒信息。然后,将所述注意提醒信息发送至所述第二车辆的通信装置。
