The invention discloses a dynamic signal control method for an expressway exit ramp and an adjacent intersection. The method comprises the steps of obtaining traffic flow data, extracting thunder-vision fused trajectory data, constructing and matching a trajectory, predicting a vehicle trajectory of the adjacent intersection and generating an optimized intersection signal timing strategy in the next period. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting and fusing high-precision vehicle tracks at the exits of a ground lane and a ramp acquired by a radar and a video through a neural network and a re-recognition algorithm, then predicting a vehicle track at an adjacent intersection of a next phase by adopting a generative adversarial network, and finally extracting macro-micro characteristics of the vehicle track at the intersection. According to the method, the signal timing strategy of the intersection in the next period is generated through online training in a multi-layer Q reinforcement learning network considering motion waves and exit ramp vehicle lane change congestion, signal timing of the intersection adjacent to the expressway exit ramp is optimized, the traffic volume of the intersection is increased, and the congestion problem is relieved.

    本发明公开了一种快速路出口匝道与邻接交叉口动态信号控制方法,该方法包括获取交通流数据、提取雷视融合的轨迹数据、构建并匹配轨迹,预测邻接交叉口的车辆轨迹和生成下一周期优化的交叉口信号配时策略;首先通过神经网络与重识别算法提取并融合雷达与视频采集的地面车道与匝道出口处高精度车辆轨迹,接着采用生成式对抗网络预测下一相位邻接交叉口处车辆轨迹,最后提取交叉口车辆轨迹宏微观特征,带入考虑运动波与出口匝道车辆换道阻塞的多层Q强化学习网络中,在线训练生成下一周期交叉口信号配时策略,优化快速路出口匝道邻接交叉口的信号配时,提高交叉口通行量并缓解拥堵问题。
