The invention discloses an expressway exit ramp and connection road intersection signal control method based on parking sight distance, which improves the driving safety of vehicles on an expressway exit ramp and improves the passing efficiency of a lower ramp and an adjacent plane intersection. According to the method, a parking threshold value is dynamically set on the basis of data such as a ramp longitudinal friction coefficient, the ramp size and the parking sight distance; when the threshold value is smaller than the intersection queuing length, potential safety hazards exist, and at the moment, a data center issues an instruction to a signal control system; and the signal control system receives the instruction and adjusts phase display and green light duration so as to ensure rapid dissipation of the queuing vehicles. The method can improve the passing efficiency of the expressway exit ramp and the connection intersection to a certain extent, and prevent traffic accidents.
