The invention discloses an intelligent tower crane, a fault prediction method of the intelligent tower crane and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a plurality of fault prediction models according to different component types of the tower crane; operating parameters of all components in the operation process of the tower crane are collected in real time; inputting the operation parameters of each component into the corresponding fault prediction model to obtain an initial fault prediction result of each component; inputting the initial fault prediction result into a preset comprehensive judgment model, wherein the comprehensive judgment model is used for comprehensively analyzing and determining a fault part and a fault state according to the initial fault prediction result of each part and the weight corresponding to each part; and starting a self-test mechanism, and determining a final fault component and a fault state according to a self-test result. According to the method, whether the tower crane breaks down or not is analyzed in real time by establishing the fault prediction model for each part, establishing the comprehensive judgment model and conducting fault testing, the prediction accuracy and real-time performance are improved, and the operation safety of the tower crane is guaranteed.
