The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical driving data of at least one test vehicle during driving in a plurality of geographic areas; for each geographic area in the plurality of geographic areas, at least one takeover type corresponding to the geographic area is determined according to the historical driving data, and the corresponding at least one takeover type is at least one takeover type to which a driving takeover event occurring on at least one test vehicle belongs in the geographic area; corresponding relation data is generated for subsequent generation of an automatic driving strategy, and the corresponding relation data comprises each geographic area in the multiple geographic areas and at least one takeover type corresponding to each geographic area.
