According to the invention, the weight falls down during calibration and presses on the conveyor belt to simulate the material, and the weight of the weight is made according to the calibration requirement. When not in use, the weight is lifted to the support without affecting normal production. The calibrated weight of the weight is the weight actually weighed after the weight and the weight frame are installed. The invention discloses a novel weight capable of ascending and descending. The general assembly drawing of the invention is divided into three parts: a weight part, a lifting frame part and a winch part in a lateral drawing (figure 1) and a forward drawing (figure 2). Weights are needed for calibration, 10-100 kg weights are used in the market at present, and the weights are hung on an electronic scale during calibration and then detached after calibration is completed. The mode is relatively simple to operate, the weight of the weight is directly pressed on the weighing sensor, and the factor of a belt is ignored. The calibration process is equivalent to a static state, the weight is not pressed on the belt, and the actual weight of materials conveyed by the belt cannot be accurately reflected. Therefore, the calibration result is the precision in an ideal state and is not accurate enough.

    本发明,标定时落下砝码,压在输送机皮带上模拟物料,砝码的重量根据标定需要制作。不用时提起砝码到支架上,不影响正常生产。砝码的标定重量为砝码和砝码架安装完成实际称量的重量。一种新型能升降的砝码。本发明总装图侧向图(图1)和正向图(图2),分三部分:砝码部分、提升架部分和卷扬机部分。标定需要砝码,目前市场上用的是10‑100kg的砝码,标定的时候挂在电子秤上,标定完成再卸下来。这种方式相对操作简单,砝码的重量直接压在了称重传感器,忽略了皮带的因素。这个标定过程相当于静态的,重量没有压在皮带上,不能准确反映皮带输送物料的实际重量。所以标定的结果是理想状态下的精度,不够准确。
