The connecting rope is connected between the buoy body and the anchorage, a winch is arranged at the tail end of the buoy body, one end of the connecting rope is wound in the winch, the connecting rope can be released or tightened through the winch, a water level change detection module is arranged in the buoy body, and the winch is promoted to release or tighten the connecting rope. The buoy has the advantages that the length of the anchor chain can be automatically adjusted after the water level changes, and manual replacement and adjustment are not needed.
