The driving device can synchronously drive a first trapezoidalscrew rod lifter, a second trapezoidal screw rod lifter, a third trapezoidal screw rod lifter and a fourth trapezoidal screw rod lifter to move up and down. A carrier plate above is synchronously andstably driven to move up and down; the electric control rotating shaft can drive a baffle to move and conduct feeding or discharging work. An obstacle sensor can monitor surrounding conditions all thetime in the advancing process of the vehicle body. When the obstacle sensor detects that an obstacle is encountered in front of the vehicle body, the suction fan sucks sundries into the storage box through the electric telescopic suction pipe, and therefore the effects that the equipment can be safely, reliably and flexibly lifted to adapt to various goods shelf heights, and the sundries existingon the road surface can be treated in time in the equipment transportation work are achieved.
