The invention discloses a deformable and reconfigurable rotor unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a rotor assembly and a vehicle body, the rotor assembly is installed on the vehicle body, the vehicle body comprises a plurality of racks, the racks are sequentially connected to form an annular polygonal structure, and at least two adjacent racks of the annular polygonal structure are connected through a locking assembly. The locking assemblies are used for opening or closing the two adjacent racks so as to achieve deformation or recombination of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The invention further discloses a control method of the deformable and reconfigurable rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The robot has the advantages of being simple in structure, deformable and reorganizable in robot body, wider in application range and the like.
