The invention discloses a deformable unmanned aerial vehicle. The deformable unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a square rack, a deformation assembly is arranged at each of four corner points of the rack, each deformation assembly is provided with a power assembly, each deformation assembly comprises a mounting base fixed to the rack, a first shaft sleeve is rotationally arranged in the vertical direction of the mounting base, the upper end of the first shaft sleeve is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod in the horizontal direction, a second connecting rod is fixedly connected to thelower end of the first shaft sleeve in the horizontal direction, a first short shaft is fixed to the end, away from the first shaft sleeve, of the first connecting rod, a second short shaft is fixed to the end, away from the first shaft sleeve, of the second connecting rod, and a second shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the first short shaft and the second short shaft. The unmanned aerial vehicle changes the driving direction of the power assemblies through the deformation assemblies, achieves water and air dual purposes, and has practicability.
